5. Ad Approval Policy

- Approval does not guarantee accuracy, authenticity, or trustworthiness of content
6. Sponsored Advertising (Paid Services)

- Footer advertisements
Payment Terms:
- Payments must be completed in advance
- Sponsored ads are processed and activated within internal operational timelines
- No guarantee is provided regarding business results, sales, or user engagement
7. Refund Policy for Paid Ads
Refunds are strictly limited and only applicable under specific conditions:
- If a paid advertisement is not activated within the defined processing period (up to 72 hours), the user may request a refund
- Once an advertisement has been activated or run, no refund will be issued
- Refunds may also be processed if required under applicable laws of Pakistan or Islamic financial principles
- Refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval
8. User Responsibility and Liability
Users agree that:
- They are fully responsible for all content they post
- They will not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- They will not mislead buyers or sellers
- They will comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan
FixSeller Marketplace is not responsible for:
- Transactions between users
- Losses or damages arising from user interactions
- Accuracy of listings or advertisements
9. Prohibited Activities

- Uploading harmful or malicious content
- Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
10. Promotional Lottery System
FixSeller Marketplace may introduce a promotional lottery feature from time to time.
- Participation is completely free
- It is a promotional feature, not a gambling or betting service
- It may be activated or deactivated at any time at the discretion of the platform
- Winning conditions and eligibility will be clearly announced when active
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, logo, system structure, and platform content owned by FixSeller Marketplace is protected.
Users may not:
- Copy platform design or branding
- Reproduce or redistribute system content without permission
User-generated content remains the property of the respective user.
