📝 Advertisement Rules

• Information must be accurate, complete, and lawful.
• Mandatory contact details are required for specific categories.
• Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
• Duplicate, misleading, or spam ads are strictly prohibited.

✅ Ad Approval Policy

• All ads are subject to manual review before going live.
• FixSeller reserves the right to reject any ad without justification.
• Approval does not mean we guarantee the item's authenticity.

We offer Featured listings, Banners, Sidebar, and Footer placements.

Payment Terms:

• All payments must be made in advance.
• Activation follows internal operational timelines.
• No guarantee of specific business results or sales.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds apply if a paid ad is not activated within 72 hours.
• No refunds once an advertisement has been activated or run.
• Refunds comply with Pakistani laws and Islamic financial principles.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

• No illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
• No spamming or manipulating listings.
• No hacking or disrupting platform systems.
• No fake identities or fraudulent info.

🎁 Promotional Lottery

• Participation is 100% free.
• This is a promotion, not gambling or betting.
• Platform can activate/deactivate this feature anytime.

⚖️ Intellectual Property

Branding, design, logo, and system structure are owned by FixSeller. Users may not copy or redistribute system content without permission.

🇵🇰 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of relevant Pakistani courts.
